In The Big Dig deals with Kasimir Blaumilch, a crazy street worker who escaped from a loony-bin. This lunatic pinches a pneumatic drill and starts to fling open the streets of Tel Aviv, destroying the main traffic junction, thus bringing the whole public life to a standstill. The politicians meanwhile hold themselves mutualy responsible for the chaos and don't act. After days Kasimir Blaumilch reaches the sea. Waters comes over the city. The mayor of the city proudly presents "the new Blaumilch channel"
